Tandoori Salmon and Veggies

Eating healthy can be easy with you have the right tools with you. For us that means the right spices and marinades to jazz up any plain meal. As summer starts to roll around and BC goes through a heatwave we are getting ready by firing up the BBQ and marinating our meats and seafood with all of our favorite marinades, starting with Tandoori.

Our tandoori marinade is a authentic tasting marinade with a medium level of spice and a whole lot of flavor. In fact this is our most popular marinade we have ever created! When you are marinating fish, we always recommend using the less is more approach. All you need is a couple of tablespoons of the marinade mixed with water and then soaked into the salmon for a couple of hours. Chop up your choice of veggies and add on to a grilling plate for your BBQ. Cook until salmon is done and serve sizzling. 

Our marinades are made in such a way that you do not need a long marination time. This is great when you are short on time and need to get a quick and healthy meal ready. We choose to BBQ our salmon next to our veggies that way the veggies can soak up the water from the salmon, yummy!
