Our Butter Chicken Sauce Mix- Mild is the Milder version of the classic Punjabi dish in your kitchen. With a choice of either mild or regular spice, this sauce mix can be prepared within ten minutes.



  1. Mix 1/2 (50g) of Butter Chicken Sauce Mix in 1 cup (250 mL) of milk.
  2. Stir fry about 1/2 lbs (225g) of boneless chicken pieces in 4 tablespoons (50g) of butter.
  3. Gradually whisk in sauce mixture.
  4. Whisking constantly, bring to boil over medium high heat.
  5. Reduce heate and simmer 1 minute while whisking frequently.
  6. Serve with rice or naan. Makes 3-4 servings.
