Our Tandoori Fish Marinade Mix is bursting of flavour making the best homemade tandoori fish ever! Blend the mix in yogourt to create a flavourful spicy marinade. This mouth-watering seasoning is quick and easy to use on fish.
Whisk 1 tablespoon (12g) of Tandoori Fish Spice Mix with 3 tablespoons (25 mL) of water till smooth.
Cut 1 lb (454g) of cleaned, deboned and well drained fish into pieces (about 2 inch).
Rub the mixture thoroughly and evenly over fish pieces.
Marinate for 1 hour.
Barbeque or bake at 400°F (204°C) for 12 to 15 minutes, or deep fry for 6 minutes or until cooked.
