Our Butter Chicken Spice Mix is an easy way to replicate the classic Punjabi dish in your kitchen. With a choice of either mild or regular spice, this spice mix carries the perfect of balance of sweet and savoury flavours.
Mix 2 tablespoons (25g) of Butter Chicken Spice Mix in 1/2 cup (125g) of yogourt or water.
Rub the mixture thoroughly over 2.5 lb chicken pieces.
Marinate 1 to 2 hours.
Barbecue, bake, or grill in oven at 425°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
